1. Service Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation of a service before the processing has begun.

  • To cancel, please contact our support team at support@bizagon.io with your service order number and reason for cancellation.

  • Cancellations requested after documentation or government processing has started may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The service was not initiated or processed.

  • Government fees or third-party costs have not yet been paid.

  • The delay or failure in service delivery is directly attributable to our team or platform.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Government charges (e.g., visa fees, license fees, attestation costs)

  • Third-party service provider fees (e.g., translation, legal, courier)

  • Services already rendered (e.g., consultations, document drafting)

  • Banking and tax registration once submitted

4. Processing Time for Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Disputes & Support
